6. No Guarantee of Coverage

While we assist with Medicare plan selection and enrollment, we cannot guarantee:

  • Acceptance by any insurance carrier
  • Specific coverage details or benefits
  • Premium amounts or cost stability
  • Provider network accuracy

You are responsible for verifying all plan details with the insurance carrier.

7. Limitation of Liability

Brinson Medicare Advisors liability is limited to the extent permitted by law. We are not liable for:

  • Decisions made by insurance carriers
  • Changes to Medicare benefits or regulations
  • Provider network changes
  • Indirect or consequential damages
  • Third-party actions or services

8. Privacy and Confidentiality

9. Intellectual Property

Opt-Out Rights

You may revoke your consent to receive calls and text messages at any time by:
